jeffrey campbell tardys

My package finally came in the mail yesterday and I couldn't be happier. My first pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes have arrived! I debated for a long time on which ones I wanted and I originally had wanted the classic litas but felt that everyone had them. So, I opted for a similar style; The Tardy boot! I got it in distressed blue and black! Also, being the bargain shopper that I am, I would never pay the $199 full price for it. I happened to be on karmaloop last week and saw that these were marked down for about 50% off at $97! I searched for coupon codes that I could use and ended up getting an extra 25% off and free shipping! Talk about a score! My grand total for these babies came to $74! Which I think is such a steal for it being new and Jeffrey Campbell! Here are some pictures!!

I'll be sure to post an outfit of the day or something on my Youtube very soon!! <3

ok so i lied...

Ok so I ended up going back to CVS later today and picked up three more nail polishes..I know I couldn't resist.
From left to right: Forget me not-#431, Lady in White-#405, Wet Cement-#460.
I paid $1.17 each for the professional 10 polishes and only 82 cents for the sally hansen!!
Hubby and I also stopped by our local asian mart to pick up some korean snacks for our date to the zoo tomorrow hehehe :)

cvs 75% off sale mini haul

As you all may or may not no, CVS has started there 75% off makeup sale in stores. Since I missed out on the last sale, I was determined to go this time around. I knew I wanted a cream eyeliner and some nail polishes and luckily there were a few left when I went in this morning. I'll leave a link at the bottom of this entry on a cool blogger who put together a "master list" off all the items that will be 50-75% off in store. Here are some images of my small makeup haul since I never really cover anything makeup related on my youtube channel.
I haven't been wearing foundation lately and I thought why not give it another try while they are 75% off you know? So that I don't waste AS much money as I would buying them full price. I picked up this Revlon New Complexion foundation (orig. $14.29/I paid $3.57)
Next is another Revlon foundation, which is the Revlon Colorstay Mineral Mousse Foundation. (orig. $14.79/I paid $3.69)
I've only tried one other cream/gel eyeliner and that was the brand "jane." It did not work at all and dried up so fast I couldn't use it anymore. I've always heard good reviews on this Loreal Hip Cream Eyeliner so I decided to give it a try. (orig. $13.49/I paid $6.75)

I picked up four Professional 10 brand nail polishes because they were so cheap (orig. $4.69?/ I paid $1.17). I've already tried one of them (which is also the last one from the right, bought another one because I liked the color that much) and so I knew I would like the other colors. From left to right they are: Put a Ring on It-#461, Old Hollywood-#463, Creamcicle-#425, and Moonlight-#458. I can't wait to try these out!
So that about wraps up my mini CVS haul! I paid a total of $19.82 and saved $42.64! Hope you enjoyed and heres the link to the blog that shows the full list of what is on sale right now.

snapshots #2

I was in desperate need of a new hair straightener as I have been using my current one for about 5 years now. Being the bargain hunter that I am, I couldn't find myself buying a $200 some dollar ghd one so I settled for this one that was on sale for about $17 and free shipping. The reviews were positive so I'm going to see how it turns out on my ugly, course hair haha.

I have only black tights and had been wanting a pair of nude ones so that I could wear my over the knee black socks with them. Got these at Kohls on sale for about $5.99. yay!

I don't know if this picture is doing it justice but here is a faux fur scarf that I got recently. I had been wanting one of those faux fur collars at h&m but $18 was expensive in my opinion. I happened to be browsing at Kmart of all places and found this faux fur scarf 50% off for $7.99. Naturally, I bought it with an addt'l 10% off with a coupon I had found in the mail. Looking expensive without having having to pay the high prices:)

I had been on the search high and low for a pair of flat brown boots and finally I have found them! I was randomly browsing online and found these on sale for around $15 (orig. $40). I found a free shipping code which made it even more of a reason to buy them. I wish I had gotten the black ones too. I love these too much!

I know what you're thinking. Wow these are not "fashionable pretty" whatsoever. BUT...I needed some sort of sneaker to work out in and these were only $11.99+free shipping (orig price around $80). For the price point, I found these to be such a steal! I've worn them twice and they are similar to the skechers toning shoes...these are the fila sculpt-and-tone ones!

01. Tried to color coordinate my new clothing rack and noticed all the hangers were different. Reminder to go to ikea and buy those wooden hangers soon!

 02. As much as I love Bath and Body Works, I think $20 for one candle is not for a bargain hunter like me. I found these at Kohls on sale from $10.99 to around $4.99. I had an extra 15% off card I got in the mail and ended up paying $9 and some change for two big sized candles. Not to mention they both smell awesome.
03. Hubby and his xbox obsession has grown since Black Friday/Cyber Monday rolled around. I guess all the game companies decided all together to release their 3rd editions at the same time. These games are not cheap at all but luckily I got them all on great sales.

04. My rings I ordered from ebay finally came in the mail today. I found about these through another youtuber AFRICANEXPORT. She showed these YSL arty inspired rings a few videos ago and so I made a purchase as well. Unfortunately, it is too small for me so I don't know what to do with it. I might to a mini giveaway on my channel.

05. Here is a close up of the inspired ring. It is pretty cheaply made considering I paid less than $2 bucks for it but still pretty close to the original.

06. I also bought that silver cross ring as well for about 99 cents on ebay but this time, it's too big for me so I might give that away too as well.

07. Tried the new peppermint mocha/hot chocolate from McDonalds. I can't say it tastes the best as the aftertaste tastes quite like toothpaste. But I did get it when they were doing their special so it was only a dollar.
